What I Can Do:

✅ I can write to relevant departments or officials on your behalf to aid in enquiries or complaints if necessary.

✅ I can write to secretaries of state and other ministers regarding relevant issues once all other channels of enquiry or complaint have been exhausted.

What I Can’t Do:

❌ I cannot help in settling disputes between family members, neighbours, or between yourself and an employer.

❌ I cannot give legal advice or interfere in court cases or any decisions previously made in a court of law.

❌ I cannot provide any financial or business advice.
