There can be no justification for the Israeli Government’s ongoing restrictions on humanitarian assistance and the catastrophic conditions facing innocent Palestinians.

I want to assure you that I continue to raise the suffering of the Palestinian people and the appalling aid blockade and annexation currently being perpetrated at every opportunity.

This is just some of the work that I have been doing, advocating on behalf of constituents in Stratford and Bow both in public and in private – using all diplomatic routes available to me as a Member of Parliament.

I will continue to use my voice to continue to push for peace and to ensure that the UK Government continues to calls on Israel to allow the provision and access of aid and humanitarian supplies into Gaza, to call for hostages and the bodies of the dead to be released by Hamas, and to do all we can to work towards a lasting ceasefire.
